Director

Qualified Company Secretary, Bachelor in Law from University of Rajasthan and commerce graduate from Delhi University, holds certifications in Merchant Banking and M&A. With over 6+ years of experience in investment banking, he has worked with two leading SEBI-registered merchant bankers, managing private equity deals, SME and Main Board IPOs, due diligence, compliance, and corporate restructuring. He has served as Fund Manager for an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) and has also worked with a Government of India-backed AIF, in addition to collaborating with reputed venture capital funds and top merchant banking firms.
